Maintenance

If you’re on an annual maintenance contract, our process is simple.

Unlike many of our competitors, we keep in touch with you on a regular basis, for example by reminding you when your annual service is due.

Our first step is to email you, but we’ll always follow up with a call if you don’t respond – with that approach, we help you stay on top of your home’s heating system and ensure it continues to perform at its optimal rate. You’ll also avoid expensive breakdowns and maintain product warranties.

If your system is becoming less efficient – due to its age, for example – we’ll be completely transparent about your options. There’s no obligations, of course, but we’re always happy to make a personalised recommendation to upgrade your heating system.

Consultation

1 Consultation

Whether you’re an existing customer on a maintenance contract or new to AEA Energy, our first step is to have a chat over the phone.

This will give us the chance to find out exactly what you want to achieve from your home heating system – we consider variables from the number of inhabitants to working patterns when looking at how best to save you money or reduce your energy usage.

We’ll also tell you about any relevant grants and incentives and help you with the application process.


Survey

2 Survey

If we haven’t been to your home before, we’ll need to arrange a visit so that we’re able to work out exactly what’s needed and the cost involved.

We’ll need to investigate the suitability of your property. For example, if you’re interested in solar panels, we’ll look at everything from the slope of your roof to shading from trees and adjacent buildings.

Already on a maintenance contract? Then we’ll be able to give you a tailored recommendation and quote straight after your consultation.


Quote

3 Quote

We never put any pressure on you to sign up – but we’ll make sure you receive your no-obligations quote within 5 days of your consultation or survey.

Your quote includes a personalised recommendation for a heating solution that meets your precise needs.

Using the latest technology, we make energy-saving projections and tell you exactly when you’ll start making a return on your investment.

In fact, we’re completely transparent about costs at every stage.


Installation

4 Installation

Once you’re completely happy and ready to go ahead, we’ll arrange your installation.

Don’t worry, it won’t take long and we’ll minimise disruption to you. In fact, we’re well known for our swift installations.

On the day itself, our technicians are prompt, professional and tidy – and always set aside the time to explain exactly how your system works.

Aftercare

5 Aftercare

Your personal aftercare plan is one of the elements that set us apart from our competitors.

We monitor your system to ensure it continues to perform at its optimal rate. Regular communication is another of our strengths, and our expert team is always available to help you with any issues.

We’ll also give you all relevant warranties and certifications and arrange for a regular service to maintain your heating system and keep costs low.
